How We Make Money

We charge for platform space, not your sales. Here's how it works:

What We DO Charge For

  • More saved products: Free plan gives 20 products. If you need more inventory space, we offer paid plans.
  • More visible products: Free shows 12 products at once. Paid plans increase your visibility.
  • More stock per product: Higher inventory capacity for those producing at larger scale.

What We NEVER Charge

  • Sales commissions: If you sell something for ₡50,000, that ₡50,000 is yours. Period.
  • Transaction percentages: We don't touch your money. Payments go directly from buyer to you.
  • Hidden fees: The prices on Pricing are all you pay.

Why This Model?

Traditional marketplaces charge 10-20% commission because they process payments, handle shipping, and assume risk. CraftWorks does none of that. You handle your payments (SINPE, cash), you manage deliveries, you assume the risk. We just give you the digital showcase. That's why we only charge for the space, not your sales.
